Over the course of my career as a Realtor, I began to notice recurring patterns that emerged from a variety of circumstances, each beginning and ending in much the same manner. Many people didn't have a plan in place to reinvest and elevate themselves beyond just raising rents to pay bills, with little thought given to tomorrow and rarely any concrete discussion of wealth accumulation and legacy creation.
Far too many of us have been taught that leaving one house to multiple people was the move. It was not the move, by any means. SMH! Many now know better; unfortunately, many still don't. This is where I come in.
